Free Shipping within the United States

Eleven Drops offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the continental U.S. No minimum order amount required.

Shipping Destinations

  • Hawaii & Alaska — Free standard shipping is available (excluding U.S. Minor Outlying Islands).
  • P.O. Boxes — We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS or appropriate carrier.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses — We ship to military addresses; please allow up to 21 days for delivery due to military processing and routing.

International Orders

  • We ship internationally (for example: Canada, U.K., etc.). International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Delivery time internationally can take up to 30 days or more, depending on customs, local postal service, and other conditions.
  • Shipping fees and any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are calculated at checkout or may be required by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For large or bulk international orders, additional handling or weight fees may apply. Our customer support team will follow up if that’s the case.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, Eleven Drops supports shipping to one address per order only.

Tracking Orders

  • After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (or within your account) so you can monitor delivery status.
  • If you do not see tracking information after order confirmation, please allow X business days (e.g. 1-2 days) for our team to process and generate the tracking.
  • If it’s still not showing, please contact our support team before submitting duplicate orders.

Business Days & Holidays

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after the specified daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

We do not ship on the following days (U.S. federal holidays):
